popped-up parquet

I'm looking at a parquet floor that's popped-up, presumable due to moister. there's been on discernable leak, so I don't think it's too serious.

anybody here know if a dehumidifier will settle it down? it lays flat in the winter.

    hmmmmm...sounds like the concrete?...needed thouroughseal with thourite before the flooring went on....my floor does the same thing, and it pisses me off, for me, the solution is carpet......
