Eventually, I want to build a rustic oak table. I saw one recently that was beautiful -- 10' long. I found plans for a 6' table: www.anythingicando.com/season..._43.htm

Can someone give me a link to plans for a longer one?

Thanks.

i read your post, i cant open the sight you have mentioned, so ill wing it . there are all sorts of rustic table plans out there. ask jeeves is great. the basic desins are easy enough to shrink or enlarge as you need. all the country tabbles i have seen have bread board ends, i prefer trestle legs over the for c orner legs. i have all the material to build a small table salvaged from an old barn. my plans are simple, 4'6"L x 32" W 1 1/2" thick top trestle legs w/ keyed mort&ten. shaker books or just a trip to the antique and flea markets should reveal some insperation. i always take a small pad of paper and a pencil to sketch stuff i find at markets. well i dont know if this has helped, i dont know your skill/tool level , tables are pretty straight forward, good luck and happy woodworking
